Let me tell you about the best server ever. I lost my phone in Charlotte and and Uber driver that didn’t speak English found it walking down the road. Since he only spoke Spanish I went to the bar and Nohemi not only talked to him she negotiated the return of my phone. NOT ONLY THAT. She came out side in the 22 degree weather to help me translate with the guy! If you come here ask for her, take care of her , My faith in humanity is restored!!!! Thank you Nohemi!!!

The hotel restaurant is amazing simply because of the Manager Ms. Felice. I have an allergy and she helped me since the first night I stayed at the hotel until my last night. She made sure everything was prepared correctly and made sure there was no cross contamination. She checked on me throughout my dining experiences and allowed me to reach out to her whenever I needed anything. She was beyond helpful and gracious towards myself and sorority sisters. Any time I’m back in Charlotte, I will make sure to stop by and dine there simply because of her.

This restaurant is inside the Sheraton hotel. I had the smash burger with fries and it tasted great. The server was very nice and helpful. The decor inside is nice.

Had the privilege of visiting Craft City Sports Pub first time during one of Charlotte’s rather busy weeks. However, I had to take the time to express the “Outstanding customer service received from the manager ‘Felice”! I arrived at the establishment around 8:30/9 after attending a cheer conference. We wanted to walk out due to the overwhelming group of people but, knew it would be crazy pretty much everywhere, so we stayed. Once we found a place to sit “Felice” gave eye contact and, assured us that should we be right over. Felice was incredibly friendly, attentive, and offered suggestions for me especially since I can be very picky. We had a fantastic time and will be back. Overall experience was an A+ how quickly the drinks and food were prepared especially due to the crowd of people. Thank you again Felice!

I went for the pool party. It was nice inside. The bartenders were attentive, especially Shane. Hope to visit again the next time I'm in Charlotte!
